Estimating:
Our estimator will come directly to your location and will
do a field measure. It is to your benefit to meet our estimator
at the job site to go over any specifics and details the
job may incur.
If a field measure is not necessary, a take-off from your
plans will allow us the information needed to generate your
proposal in a timely fashion.
Office Personnel:
After receiving this information our office personnel will
type and fax your proposal immediately.
Customer Service:
If at anytime during our ongoing relationship you have questions
or concerns, you are invited to contact us and you will
be directed to the individual that can best assist you.
Ordering:
In many circumstances, the customers do their own ordering.
However, many times it is necessary for us to do your ordering
for you. We have a wide range of manufacturers to work
with and will always be able to accommodate you in choosing
the flooring that is right for your location.
Carpet Installation:
Our carpet installers are CFI certified and have been working
with The Carpet Workroom since its inception.
Hard Surface Installation:
Our installation crew is a group of highly trained individuals
that specialize in resilient products. They are constantly
updating their skills by taking training classes.
Invoicing:
Once the job is complete, we know it is imperative that
you receive your invoice promptly. We are able to process
this paperwork with little or no delay.
